The Best Steak in WNY

I can guarantee our steak is absolutely the best in all of Buffalo, New York. Steak doesn’t get better than the Japanese A5 Wagyu, which we regularly feature on our dinner specials. A5 Wagyu Steak are raised straight from Japan, and are kept in specific conditions to ensure the taste of their meat. Each Wagyu that we receive comes to our kitchen with the nose print of the cattle along with a certificate to prove the quality of meat.

In the picture above you can clearly see the intense marble in our Wagyu, which leads to a deliciously rich flavor in every bite. We love trying new recipes to compliment the unbelievable taste of the steak.

We have most recently presented the seared Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye with flavorful parmigiano potato pave, along with wood fired cherry peppers with crispy shallots on our dinner special menu.
