Our Talented Kitchen
Our catering and events kitchen staff are truly talented. They care about every detail when it comes to cooking, creating, and displaying the food. Our staff have gotten great at preparing food in mass quantities whether a 50 person dinner in the Cento Club Room or a 300 person catered wedding. This does not just simply happen. Working together, communicating, bouncing ideas off of each other, and just knowing strengths and weaknesses allows for the production of these mass quantity displays. We truly have a brilliant team who put all of themselves into their work, whether it is for in house events or offsite catering.
