Summer Catalog Party 7.25

On July 25 Giancarlo’s and Tony Walker teamed up to host a country themed bbq, exclusively for our Cento Club Members. With country music playing throughout the night, this occasion was the perfect way to spend a Tuesday night. To add to our bbq theme, of course we wanted our guests to feel as if they were sitting in their backyard surrounded by friends enjoying bbq favorites! We offered delicious hors d'oeuvres of pulled pork on our homemade pretzel crostini, crab cakes, and of course everyone’s favorite stuffed pepper arancini. On our food table, we had unbelievable cajun wings, cajun shrimp with our avocado mousse, sausage and pepper skillet, roasted fingerling potatoes, corn, and of course our signature focaccia bread. It would be a bbq without alcohol, so we also offered food pairings with some fun alcoholic beverages. We offered chicken & waffle skewers and bacon skewers to be paired with bourbon, watermelon salad to be paired with watermelon beer, and steak gaffrette to be paired with an IPA. Everyone truly enjoyed our bbq dishes. Of course, we can't forget about dessert. We offered strawberry shortcake parfaits, homemade ice cream sandwiches, and our new favorite doughnut bar! Our VIP guests loved every second of the night. We can’t wait to see the 2018 Advantage Catalog.
