It's a new week at Giancarlo's which means new delicious lunch specials.
The soup of the week is a creamy vegetable and farro soup. This flavorful soup is made in a vegetable broth with carrot, celery, onion, herbs, zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower, corn, peas, spinach and garnished with farro.
The salad of the week is a skirt steak salad. What better combination than steak and salad? This salad will lay in a bed of romaine and arugula with a homemade smoked tomato vinaigrette, balsamic skirt steak crumbled blue cheese, julienne carrots, avocado, and finished with house made croutons.
Our sandwich of the week is a black forest ham and gruyere. This tasteful sandwich is on a house made pretzel roll, black forest ham, gruyere, honey mustard, and arugula. We are serving this sandwich with our outstanding sweet potato fries.
This small plate of the week is a flavorful grain side dish. Our roasted tomato farro dish has toasted pecans, balsamic grilled zucchini, grilled zucchini, grilled red onion, and pecorino toscano with roasted garlic and eggplant spread with spinach tossed with a lemon vinaigrette.
The wood fired pizza of the week is a bbq pork pizza. This tasty pizza is made with bbq braised pork, grilled red onion, charred corn salsa, cheddar cheese, scallions, mozzarella cheese, and garnished with fresh basil. This pizza will work it’s magic thanks to our massive brick oven pizza oven.
